Help: whats this?

i got this fish as a freebie, but the only thing the previous had said was that he thinks its a female. its roughly 4", presumably full grown, but i dunno...

take a look, any ideas?

Female Peacock of who knows what species or Female Haplochromines fo some sort. Probably female peacock.
