Please ID this fish

I'm sorry, I don't have much information, only some blurry pictures.
I saw this fish in a tank, I don't know if it was freshwater or saltwater. It was at a park in Germany. I tried to take a picture of the label, but it came out very blurry. The information was in German, so I have no idea what it said. I just thought it was a very odd looking fish, and cute, so I would really like to know what it was. Here are the pics:

Green mandarin, or Mandarinfish, would be my guess.

It's about the right shape/color (see here for a stunning example), and it appears as if the tag might say "Mandarinfisch" on the first line and "Synchiropus splendidus" on the third line... Mandarinfisch being the German version of the common name, and Synchiropus splendidus being the scientific name.

You got it, Mathas!
You're awesome! Great German, too!
Thank you so much!

Too bad the little guy is a saltwater fish. He's beautiful. I would love to have some in my tank.

Is definetly saltwater. I just saw one yesterday at the Ocean Reef store here at Jacksonville, fl. I can't remember the name. I think is Green Mandarin here is a link http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...551&pcatid=551
