We have seen this ID question before and so far, if I can remember, we were not able to ID it. I have looked in my fish bible ( my fish ID book) and have not been able to find it and I have looked on the internet and still cant find this fish.
Hopefully someone will be able to ID it for you.

Looks like a Buenos Aires Tetra to me... a bit duller colors than some pics but otherwise...

I'm no expert in Tetras.

Hi Pepe,
your right about that. It was the diamond pattern on the end by the tail that LED me also to believe this, but the photo above did not have the illuminating coloring of the BA Tetra, so I just was not sure about it.. But that diamond pattern by the tail fin is hard to miss I guess.
