Striped Pleco at Walmart (not a zebra)

i got a poser for all of you i was at walmart a few days ago and i saw the coolest looking fish

i believe it was a pleco of some kind or possibly a catfish

it was about 2" long with a strange orangish-brown color with brillant white lines

for reference i drew a doodle on MSpaint of my best memory of what it looked like (excuse my poor drawing skills

Click the image to open in full size.

can anyone solve todays mystery?

Probably a clown plecostomus of some sort.

They generally stay around 4-5 inches, I believe.

I don't think a 10g is quite large enough for a 4-5 inch plecostomus. Plecos produce a large amount of waste for their size and, in my experience, they tend to do better in 20-55g tanks.

No problem...I have been trying to find a pix of her to show the difference. I can't find it of course.

Striped Raphael Catfish. they make wierd noises out of water...kinda like a frog croaking. We've had striped, chocolate, and spotted raphaels here. They are cool looking, but you never see them out ever.
