The dorsal fin looks different than the picture, but the colour and stripes look pretty close..... mmmm I wonder... thankyou for helping me try to figure it out.

yes with more pics Ive looked at I dont think its a convict.... mmmmmmmmmm I think its an Alhi like MTS said... oh yikes I dont want this in my new tank.

My vote goes to Aulonocara koningsi. "Blue Regal" peacock. Its definitely a peacock cichlid from Lake Malawi, no question about that.
