Borelli or German Blue Ram, help ID?

When I stopped in another fish store (not chain store) that I frequent, I noticed a tank with some of the apisto's like the unknown that I have here.
So I asked another employee if they knew what kind those were. So he said that they are Borelli's dwarfs that he thinks are morphs in that they may have bred with another type of dwarf. So he thought anyway.
So as I was looking at them I noticed one that was very different than the rest and after looking at it more, I noticed that it was a female. Very colorful and very possibly a nice Borelli, but after snapping some photos after I brought it home, and looking at them, I do believe that it is very possibly a German blue ram female.. OR a true Borelli in the mix of the hybrids. I had GBR and this looks very much like them. This is the store where I have been waiting for an order of GBRs to come in, and they keep asking for them.. and the breeder says sure, but they just dont show up. Do you think that I may have found one in the batch that the breeder sent to the store?
What do you think? It is smaller than the Bolivians and I have added a photo for comparison. any help in IDing this fish for me?
Thanks, ~ kate
EDITED: bottom photo I just took for a daylight photo and hopefully a better one for ID purpose. You can see the rays in the dorsal fin here and the blue dot on the side. thanks again.

Hi Allie
since I had to use my movie option on my camera, the photos are a bit small. They just move around too much and make the photos blurry.
But the front black rays on the dorsal fin are not higher than the rest, which is a way to determine sex, plus the dot on the side is full of blue specks which is another way to determine sex. So I think that it is a female. Im suspecting that it is also a GBR. which is fantastic! I bought it for the price of the morph, which was cheaper than the price of the GBR. Now all I have to do is find a male for it. My husband doesnt even know its in the tank. He loved the GBRs we had before, and I want to wait a few days and make sure this one makes it before I let him know its there.
