Is this an oto?

I just came from the fish store with two otos. But, I i'm not sure they are otos the guy there said they were otos, but to me they don't look much like otos. I'll post pictures when they are in the tank. Except I'm not sure how to post pics so can someone help with that.

I brought back the fish. I'm going back there tomarrow the real fish guy said they will have otos tomarrow, because I think their shippment day is tuesday.
