What Fish Are These?

What Fish Are These? First two are of the same fish. The Third pic is definitely a Serpae Tetra. The Last two pics look like the Serpae Tetra but are they? Let me know.

I have no idea what the first two are, but I know that the last 3 are serpae tetras for sure.

The first one looks like a baby gold severum or pink convict.

The second pic looks like one more than the first but I think it is a gold severum for sure.

Here some info in case you need it...severums get quite large.

Pls look carefully to the fins and u mite see some difference. Even i thought all three were serpae tetra but when i looked carefully at their fins, only one looked to be serpae tetra while the others had longer fins. The LFS also charged me higher for the ones with longer fins.

A gold sev. and a couple of Long-finned serpae tetras, my petco sells 'em.

the second two serpaes are "long-finned" they are bred that way

How can you tell what sex they are, is the thinner one male? I have the shorter finned variety.

Males have a longer dorsal fin than the females. It's this way on most of the tetra.

I don't mean to hi jack this thread, sorry.

But how do you disquingish the long finned serpae (red minor) females, without confusing it with a short finned serpae?
