Baby platy

We have a baby red wag platy about 3 weeks old
The other babies have black tails and black fins and mouth.
he is solid orange
could he possibly be a cross

i'd guess he just got genetics different than the others.. the fry are all from the same female & drop?

not sure we usually catch them in the tank nad put them in a seperate spot
but we have no other fish of that color

well, i've seen a big variety in the red wags. i think you just got a lucky one there.
