got this guy today (orange one) unsure of what its name is only know it had dragon in it

It looks like honey gourami to me, but I know it's not. Maybe it is an Orange Chromide Cichlid? Looks like it to me. But ... it's just a guess, lol, in reality - no idea.

lol that liink says to keep the water at 26-28 f... im assuming it means C right?

the water would be frozen at that temp--water freezes at 32 F
