please help somthing new in my tank need to know what to do ASAP

Ok so i am sitting on my bed looking at my fish and i see something move along the glass i don't know what it was it went in to the rocks at the bottom it was like a sucker thing from the lake i had a turtle in there before and i cleaned the tank out good with hot water i would think that would have killed anything in there (guess not) it was little and i would have to change all the water out in the to get it i have a pic. of it does not swim i got it out of the tank i dont know if there are any more in there or if they are even bad i really think it came from the turtle i there is no real plants or wood in there it has a mouth on the bottom and no eye that i can see it mouth is at the back end of it will it kill my fish and how to get it or them out of my tank they look like little rocks when they are not moving
PS sorry all i have is my phone to take pic.

i'm not sure what that is, do you have it isolated in a container of some sort now? perhaps it would move if some food were put in the container with it? it could be a worm or larvae of some sort, but i'd think those would at least slide around some and not just sit there unmoving.

I would remove them when you see them. Better to be safe then sorry and if it is a bad worm than you will have somewhat reduced the population.
