is this a good mix

Since I have fry in my tank I have been feeding this mix all very finely crushed; freeze dried bloodworms & baby shrimp, tetramin algae crisps and wardley gourmet tropical flakes. I feed at least 2-3 times a day and Of course they all love it but just want to make sure its ok for everyone to get this mix daily.

Sounds fine with me, but you should go easy on the blood worms. Freeze dried bloodworms absorb water and expand in their little bellys, causing bloast. Just soak them in garlic juice for a while.
