I didn't know where to post this!! We don't have a "general" posting area

After reading about the blind
goldfish I remembered a habit of mine.
WHENEVER I feed my fish I tap 3 times on the glass. All the fish get accustomed to coming to eat when the hear the tap. It sure helps new fish get acclimated...as they follow the older fish and learn when to feed and come out from hiding.
This also helps when you need to catch a particular fish...tap, feed, and when they have finished tap again and they come to the front (fish are never done feeding)
This also conditions your finish to come up front for a good chance to inspect them!!!
Does everyone do this

I have conditioned my my to do this ever since my first tank (before glass was invented (lolol)) Same procedure with outdoor pools and ponds.
I just always have assumed that everyone does this....do you

You should if you don't!!!
