Can you hatch BBS in a salt water tank?

Hi..... can you hatch BBS in salt water tank and what specific gravity would they need?

It should not be done; however, there are kits you may purchase that will allow you to hatch them in the tank (http://www.petstore.com/Tom_%28Tomin...AQFOTO-vi.html). There are chances of waste getting into the tank though. The best way to do it is to use a brine shrimp Hatchery, either homemade or bought. The SG seems to differ based on the brand of eggs. I have experimented and I find that the eggs hatch faster and at a better success rate at 1.018. Hopefully I have helped.
