did you try using garlic extract? that will sometimes make fish feed more. Also, i have a few fish myself that are kinda shy around feeding time, and live food does the trick. they seem to really like movement. So id try adding garlic to some of your food, then trying live foods

Good morning. My red tail shark (RTS) swims all over the tank to get food at feeding time. It's rare that anything ever makes it to the bottom. The same for my Cory Cat and the Pleco. They go where the food is they don't wait for it to come to them. I have a feeling he's eating more than you realize. As long as he/she is growing and not losing weight I think everything will be fine. Best of luck!

She probably is still getting used to her new surroundings. XV gave some great advice about dipping her food in garlic juice (from the grocery store). I'd still give her something to eat today. Don't over feed though. She'll eat when she gets hungry
