I recently stocked my tank with 2 swordtails, a pictus and 5 boseamani rainbows. I know my red tail shark loves cucumber do any of these fish like it? They don't seem to like their fish flakes so any tips on what to feed them?

Well if they dont like flakes you can always try the freeze dried. If that doesnt work id try either frozen or live, id go with live if they are available in your area.

You can also try skinned peas or zuccini. I know all of my fish like the peas. If none of this works you can also put garlic juice in the fish food, let it soak it up. Thats a big thing for them
