Does anybody feed their fish Live meal Worms or Black worms ?

I feed mine live meal worms...and also wax worms...the meal worm I feed every 3rd day but the wax worms, once a week..the mealworms are great protein and a nice addition to their diet but the wax worms are like us having a banana split once a week LOL (we love them but they arent very nutritious just a ton of fat ) never fed mine black worms tho ..

1 fish tank stocked with 1 gourami, 2 corydoras, 2 bettas, 1 upsidedown catfish, one black phantom tetra, and one flagtail catfish.
