good morning everyone. i have been doing a lot of research recently on fish foods and i have decided to try and make my own fish food free of wheat gluten, preservatives etc. i read somewhere on the internet of a girl making her own food by blending i think it was shrimp, spinach, garlic, water and some other various ingredients. she would then freeze it and break off pieces to feed her fish. i have two fish one severum and one polleni (small spot). what would be good ingredients to use in a food for these fish? thank you for any input!

would be great just dont forget to add some plain gelatin in there or you will have a mess when added in the tank ....theres a ton of different recipe's on the net and you just can get a ton of ideas ...

thanks so much guys! ever since i treated my cichlids with some earth worms my polleni has no interest in any of the foods i have been offering! i tried everything ; omega one flakes, omega one cichlids pellets, cichlid attack pellets (which they used to love) , spirulina pellets and he wont even touch the shrimp anymore! AHHH!
