first off, i just read the sticky about the fish food recall!! in 2008 (last summer) i purchased a container of HBH african cichlid attack! is it likely this container of food is contaminated?? should i stop feeding it to my fish? second, i have two cichlids. one severum and one p. polleni (small spot). my sev will accept spirulina pellets but i can't get my polleni to eat anything that has to do with veggies! i know they are piscivore , but should she have SOME veggies in her diet? thanks for any responses!

As far as the contaminated fish food- I'd just buy new now to be on the safe side.

As far as veggies- cichlid experts will have to fill in there- because up until a few weeks ago, I didn't know cichilds liked or even could eat fresh veggies haha
