I accidentally left out my forzen bloodworm cubes the other day. Are they still okay if I refreeze them?

I think they're probably like any frozen food. You have to keep them frozen or they go bad.

I'd throw them out to be safe. I never like to risk things like that.

yup I am with the rest they are for binning, refreezing will just freeze in anything bad that grew on or in them while defrosted.

how long were they out? I would use them if they were only out on the counter for a few hours. In the car outside under the sun for more than 4 hours probably not. But then again I am the guy who ate an expired (over a year!) can of madarines yesterday. Still here
