what type of feed would u recommend for my oscars and parots,silver dollars,sharks.....to enhance their growth and colors!!!!!!!!!

To answer the above you will need to do two things.

• Feed your fish a quality diet, changing between pellet,live and frozen foods.
• Also high quality foods will not only contribute to coloring and growth pristine water conditions will also play a large role.

As mike pointed out , variety is important .
I have silver dollars , and they enjoy things such as lettuce , carrot , frozen bloodworms , the odd garden worm , brine shrimp as well as thier flake food .
Hope this gives you some ideas .
