Question: Spinach as a supplement....

I am thinking of supplementing my 55 G. critters diet with Spinach.
Since they all like plants it makes sense to me.
1 fresh, raw, crushed leaf twice a week.
What do you think ?

How is the Spinach prepared (cooked,blanched,raw) ? What kind of fish do you feed it to ?

I use it raw, chopped up (Food processor). Its mixed in with my beefheart. I'm not sure they will take it straight so i can't speak in that aspect. But maybe mixed with something. I feed it to discus.

I would put it in the microwave for a couple seconds or so until it is wilted slightly.
