55 Gallon Tank: A Mixture of Foods.........?

I have read that some folks feed their fish shrimp on Monday, veggi flakes on Tuesday, bloodworms on Wednesday, peas on Thursday, etc.......
I am wondering if I should make a mixture of all and feed my fish that everyday ?

Some people do make their own fishfood and thats pretty cool, but I dont know, I think that the fishies like a change

or maybe I like to think that they like a change...

I try to feed a variety of foods to make sure my fishes get all the vitamins and minerals they need.
