Dogs and fish food

I have a dog who will eat just about anything (plastic, ballons, etc.). I'm worried that one day he will get into the fish food, or when I'm getting the frozen bloodworms out of the freezer (I have dropped it on the floor before). Does anyone know if fish food causes problems with dogs? He's an 80 lb English Setter.

Fish food wont' harm a dog. If he ate a huge amount of it, the worst consequence would like be some loose stools.

My dog tore apart and ate a bag of algae wafers! He was fine, but I was pretty mad, lol.

Stacy's parents dog got into our fish food one time and ate a can of daphnia and a can of krill and didn't get sick.

Oh.. you haven't seen the worst yet... batboy (my 3 year old) ate some fish flakes yesterday before I could get the container away from him, he was fine except for his slightly green poop.

lol. well i guess that's the danger of little kids. I've got a cousin who will be 4 in december. She was over at our house the other day when i was testing the water. She wanted to shake one of the tubes for me. I let her but I had to make sure that she didn't drop it or I would be in serious trouble. (I was testing in the dinning room because it was the quietest room and it had the cleanest table)

We have to hide the fish food from our cats. They tore open and ate a pack of shrimp pellets once. The bags look alot like the ones the cat treats come in 'cept they are WAY more expensive!
