feed seamonkeys??

i have a friend who wants some of my fry, but o start with i am hopeing to get them a seamonkey starter kit just to see if she can keep them alive,

what would you feed them ? i dont want to buy there expensive food

fry liquid food? powder flake

I would think any form of fry food, but I'm not sure... just find out what brine shrimp eat, thats what sea monkeys are anyway lol!

Bakers yeast.
You can find it at most grocery stores.
A small amount will do it.

I feed my brine shrimp either a little yeast disolved in water and squirted in with an eye dropper. or crushed algea wafers disolved in water ...also squirted in with an eye dropper...careful not to over feed and foul the water.
