The staple diet of my goldfish tank is Hikari lion head.
Is this a good food or no?
I do supplement with peas on occasion.

I don't feed my goldfish that particular food, but Hikari is a very good brand. I feed my cichlids Hikari Pellets and my bettas get Hikari betta Pellets. I am guessing that their goldfish food is just as good

Like Kate, I don't have any experiance with the goldfish food but the Kikari along with Omega One brands make up most of my fishes diets.

You can always compare the ingrediants to thaose of other brands then compare it to goldfish dietary needs.
