As I am about to peel a pound of raw shrimp and start dinner, it makes me wonder... Would my fishie friends like a raw shrimp snack? I don't have anything exotic - some platys, guppies, a BN Pleco, a D Gourami, and a Betta. What do you guys think?

Hmm.. they might, but you'd want to be sure they wouldn't catch anything from the raw meat - I don't know how much chance there would be, if any, though.

I feed my big tank with raw shrimp....and then break off small pieces for the smaller kids...they always seem to notice when im having it for dinner...I also blend some up with garlic, some cukes, and some of their pellets and freeze it to break off pieces to feed them...never thought the raw seafood would hurt them..now im wondering hmmm

Thanks! I might try it next time...then again, I might not. I will just have to see how I feel about it at the time.

mine have been getting it for about 5 months with no issues...they love all kinds of fresh seafood...although sometimes I wonder if its like canabilism LOL ...your fish will LOVE it
