I just picked up a bottle of Nourish for my fish and I was wondering how exactly to give it to them. The bottle says soak 1 capful of food in 1 capful of Nourish but that leads to the my Omega-One flakes becoming a pile of gooey mush. Any suggestions?

What fish are you feeding? Omega One pellets for your fish may hold up better to being soaked.. or something like Hikari freeze-dried bloodworms or Omega One krill.

I'm feeding guppies and danios. The pellets looked a little on the large side for my fish and I've been using Hikari frozen daphnia and bloodworms

Yea, the pellets could do well, they tend to be easier to soak and could be broken up for the fish to attack and bite pieces off of.
