Time for New Food

The food I have now is old and needs replaced. (It also wasn't very healthy, as I have been learning)

I'm planning on getting Omega One brand - Here's the question:
would my cory's be better off getting the veggie rounds or the shrimp pellets or a combo?

i give mine a combo.

giving them a combo gives them a wider selection of nutrients, so thats probably the best way to go

It would be good to alternate foods to give them variety in their diet.

I would give them a combo of both. Changing their diet between the two would definately benefit them. Plus I look at it like this; If I eat the same old thing every day I would get sick of it, so changing it up makes me happy, maybe it will make the fish happy. Haha thats my way of thinking I guess.

If you are also feeding other fish in the tank with flakes, the leftovers should eventually sink to the bottom and your corys will be eating them also. My corys also went nuts for the Omega One tubifex worms. They are a little messy, and you can't feed them to your fish more than once or twice a week, but the corys really love them.

ok, I only have the cory's right now, and they are both doing well. I do give them a mix of freeze dried blood worms, daphnia, and mysis shrimp every now and then but the tubifex worms would also be a good addition to their list of treats. Thanks for the idea =)
