Parkinsoni Rainbow Feeding?

Well, I have got two of these may I say WONDERFUL fish, but they dont really like the tropical flakes, and don't seem to enjoy the color-enhancing crumbles, either. Any Suggestions? My tank info is on my profile.

The ammonia in your tank is reaching toxic levels, they may be stressed. Are you doing water changes? The ideal readings after the nitrogen cycle will be 0 for ammonia and nitrite, and 5-10 nitrates....

I have had Parkinsoni Rainbows, and they liked flakes, shrimp pellets, and several times a week, I'd feed either frozen brine shrimp or frozen bloodworms. They were vigorous feeders, which is why I suggest they may be reacting to the water conditions.
Daily 25-50% changes until the cycle is finished would be my suggestion.

They are omnivores and may enjoy slices of cucumber or zucchini in the tank, using a veggie clip to hold them in place. Thawed frozen bloodworms would also probably be a happy treat for them. I thaw bloodworms in a small container with treated tap water in it. Then I can feed some to the fish and put the lid on the container to store in the fridge until the next feeding, for up to a week.
