I was given three Platy's (1 M, 2 F), and was wondering, since I don't want any more fish, if I caught some fry, would my Betta eat them? Thanks,

I have had one lone guppy baby in with my betta for over a month (tank used to have guppies and found the baby after I had moved the other fish out and the bettas in). My betta completely leaves him alone and I expect that the guppy will grow to a full adult in the tank with him. You might have a different outcome though. That is just my experience

He might eat them or ignore them. You'd have to watch and be sure he didn't overeat and there's always some chance of disease.
