Food for bottom dwelling cichlids

Does anyone know a good food for bottom dwelling south american cichlids such as keyholes, rams, and apistos? I noticed that mine don't like to go to the surface to eat like my other fish. What can I give them to eat that sinks? Any suggestions? Thanks!

I like the Omega One foods, but their cichlid pellets don't really sink for a while. I'd ask Allie what she feeds hers since she's real good with cichlids.
