Okay, in your opinoin which has better nutritional value, blood worms or black worms?

I would think the blood worm to have a better nutritional value than black worms. Blood worms are really high in protein, and are a part of a diet of most carnivorious fish. Fish with blood worms spawn earlier than those that are not.

I'd go with blood worms. Our fish love the Hikari frozen ones and that's the only ones we feed them now.

Same kind of bloodworms I feed mine. They absolutely love them!

I am considering giving them black worms in the future but as of right now, only bloodworms are a staple treat in their diet.
