What is everyone's preferred brand of choice for feeding a variety of African Cichlids? Are floating pellets better than flakes? How about sinking ones? What is a good food that includes Spirulina? I can't seem to find exactly what I want, and wanted to know how everyone else's Cichlids look so bright and colorful. I bought a veggie clip also for my plecos and possibly the Cichlids. But when it comes to a staple food source, I can't decide. Thanks everyone!

there are several brands of Cichlid pellets etc on the shelves but I prefer Omega One foods for all my fish. they have a variety of Cichlid pellets on up to Cichlid sticks.

We like to feed our cichlids Omega One Cichlid pellets, thawed frozen Hikari bloodworms, Cyclopeeze flakes and krill.
