Gaining Weight

What could you feed a dwarf Gourami in order for him to gain weight?

I had him in my 45g, but he got bullied by my Gold Gourami, so he ate less, swam less and just started looking terrible. So a few days ago I scooped him out and now have him in QT, mainly to relieve his stress, fatten him up and get him back to his original glory...

I have been been feeding him AM/PM feedings. I feed him a variety of food (flakes, crisps, pellets and tonight frozen). His coloring is returning, however, he still seems too skinny...

Should I be feeding him more? or something different?

thawed frozen bloodworms would help I think. Just drop a cube in a little container of treated tap water, put the lid on it and you can keep them in the fridge for about a week, feeding them to him at meal times.
