Feeding my fish?

Hi all,

I have recently (3 weeks) been adding a variety of fish to my 55g tank.
I now have 9 Zebra danios, 6 Neon tetras, 2 clown loaches, 2 Kribs and 4 Mollies. Oh and 3 bristle nosed catfish.
All these potentially larger fish (loaches, catfish) are still small - 2-3 inches.
So far i have been feeding generally once a day flakes, pellets and catfish discs. Enough to feed on in 5mins or so for the flakes, pellets go in an hour or two and discs overnight.
All the fish seem healthy and are lively.
Every 2 or 3 days i give frozen 'treats' such as shrimp, bloodworm etc.
Is there any tips people can give for a good balance diet for these fish?
Is what i am feeding enough as the side of the containers i use state to feed 4-5 times per day which i think is excessive, but maybe i am wrong!?

Help!?!

Ps - any good tips on other foods - veg / fruit etc for these fish would be appreciated.

Many Thanks
Tony

Make sure to use some veggie flake/veggie pellet/small bit of zucchini for the mollies, as livebearers need plenty of veggies in their diets.

Sounds like you're doing fine. We feed most of our fish once a day and they do just fine.

The container says to feed so much because the more you use the more you buy... that is like a weight loss center that provides pastries at their meetings or something...

sounds good..and i agree with chief..i noticed that my tank stayed cleaner and my fish more healthy with only daily feedings..sounds like your doing good though.and dont get to distracted with all of this stuff they have..like certin flakes for color and what not..today i saw a thing that had like 4 diferent things in it..it was divided in to for things and you turn the lid and it goes to a different thing..it was brecfast lunch dinner and a treat
