hello everyone

i just set up a QT tank and will be putting my filter from my 5 gal in there. what would a good filter for a decent price for my 5 gal.

Personally Ithink the good old air driven box filter is hard to go past in small aquaria. Packed with crushed volcanic rock or very small ceramic rings, topped off with a bit of filter floss. The slow flow rate when combined with a good media offers excellent biological filtration.

Tropical Aquarist

Aqua clear 5-20 gallon. They are basically a canister filter, but a backpack. They have a great flow rate adjuster, but it doesn't compromise the job getting done. You can aslo shose the types of media you want it. Hope this helps!
