Ever since my cycle crashed and I restarted the tank never seems to be as clean. The sand in becoming increasing covered in fish waste with I vacuum every other day or so.
I just checked my params and...
ammonia - asymtatically close to 0ppm
nitrate - 0ppm
Nitrate - Definitely <5ppm but looked very close to 0ppm
I just changed to layout of my tank and due to the fact my Water Wisteria moves so much in the current I placed the outtake above it and it creates a kinda stagnant spot, but shouldn't the waste be taken care of biologically or something. I've never had this problem before.
