I'm new to this hobby. I have the Eheim 2217
canister filter. Is it ok to minimize the outtake pressure (close the outtake valve just a bit)? If i don't shut that double valve a bit, then the water pressure is too much and it causes microbubbles throughout the whole aquarium. I already have a bubble curtain in the back and it just seems too much for the fish to take. I'm just worried that if it's not on full blast, then it will clog up the filter. I'm new so this may sound stupid...just wanting to learn what the correct way is. Right now, i have the spray bar slightly submerged under the surface level. Thanks everyone!
