Does anyone have any reviews on this filter. I've put a bid down on eBay for one, either as a spare or as the full on for my new tank.

Is it any good? Or is only emergency only filter?

My tank is 15 UK gallons, glass, housing a Bolivian Ram, and some Corydoras.
It's being set up next week.

Here's the spec for the filter:
Pumps up to 300 litres per hour. 220v, 60 Htz, 4.9w operation.

Has anyone used this before? Any hints or things I need to know?

Hey, Sorry if it is too late. i use this filter for 4 goldies and 3 weather loach. It has always worked brilliantly for me. Easy to clean and can be filled with carbon if you want. Another good thing is that there are two filter sponges, meaning that you can change one if necessary without screwing the cycle. I would defo buy it if i was you.
