Tomchiton: The 10 times tank volume per hour in HOB filters is the same as 4 to 6 times tank volume per hour in Canister and Wet/Dry filtration systems.
Jebo is inexpensive in relation to other filters. I've had a fairly good experience with this brand, just not in Cansiter filters but in HOBs. They are somewhat fragile, so if you are a careful kind of person, saving money by getting Jebo would make sense. Replacement parts might not be easily available, consider that as well.
