55g upgrade suggestions

I currently have 2 aqueon 55g h.o.b's but want to get rid of them due to the space they take up. I want to get a canister filter that is quiet but powerful. Price doesn't matter. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Personaly i use an eheim 2229 with integrated heater. It acts as a wet/dry filter and heats the water. With a spray bar return, i find that the water is distributed fairly well and i don't have to have the heater in the tank.

I was looking at the eheim line. Is your filter fairly quiet?

I have a fluval 305 as well. Vey nice filter. I like it very much and to be honest, It is very quiet. I have it in my tank in my room. I keep it in the cabinet of my fish stand and I don't even hear it. No problems so far and like said before. VERY QUIET! CAN'T EVEN HEAR IT!

I would recommend this. They are about $160 i beleive.
