is there any way i can slow down the current from my marineland penguin 200
the currents seems too strong for my fishes...and my filter is not adjustable.

What I do is take a piece of filter floss and an elastic band and put the floss in front of the filter outflow. It may take a little adjusting to get it just right. This will disperse the flow for the fish, but won't impede the filter's function.

Barbrella solution is exactly what I would do. I have tried it in my hospital tanks with other non-adjustable HOBs. It may not look nice, but if you are careful and ingenious you can keep the sponge out of sight.
