I was away last night, and when I walked into the house this morning - I noticed that my filter isn't working!! Is there anything I may be able to do to try & get it working again? Or do I have to buy another one. I hope it's something that can be fixed, because I really am tight for cash right now.

Nevermind-I just went out & bought a new filter. Whisper 60 again, for $38. Was going to get a Bio Wheel, but they were much more expensive. Got to go with money right now. It also has a lifetime garuntee, so that's good. I guess that's what I get for using a used filter. I didn't know how old it was or how it was going to work.

Sorry you had filter problems sometimes the impellor gets a bit of trash down in it and it stops. I use a drinking straw to give it a nudge or a turkey baster to squirt water down and around it. Sometimes it helps
