this is my first canister filter and i dont have any experience with what needs to be inside. its a fluval FX5 for the 220 gal. it has 3 chambers that i need to fill. please help! thanks in advance!

do i put carbon in it or ammonia stuff? my tank isnt cycled yet so i dont want to put anything it in that will mess with the bacteria. please help i have to get everything either today or tomorow. also how often do i replace the things inside the baskets and do i do 1 thing at a time or all 3. if one at a time how long do i wait to change the next? thanks for your help!

I have a Fluval 303 and use Peat Moss on the bottom (I have hard water with a high Ph), Biomax in the middle one and Blue bonded filter pad in the top.
