Well my Dwarf Gourami died today . I dunno what happened? He was never bullied. I checked my water parameters. ammonia 0 nitrite 0 Nitrates at 10. Did a water change just after I found the body. I had him for about a month and a half and he was doing just fine.

Any Ideas?

I'm so sorry you lost him, Jeff If your water parameters are on target, there were no symptoms, and your other fish are fine, it was more than likely something wrong with him.

In my personal opinion, the lines have been weakened by over breeding and breeding unhealthy stock. I have no facts to back that up, only my experience and others experience with them, though.

He was eating just fine. I noticed a bit that he was spending more time at the bottom than normal, but then I would open the hood and he'd race to the top wanting his food again.

I got him from Petsmart so I dunno he looked healthy in the tank.

Thanks for your guy's support. I suppose it was the fish than my tank.

I'm really sorry about your DG.
I agree with BB. There's probably nothing you could have done for him.
Many of us have lost them despite giving them good care and conditions.
There's a huge problem with DG disease in the aquarium trade.
Again, I'm really sorry you lost the little guy. RIP.
