Fat/bloated gourami

Hey everybody. My dwarf gourami Otto, who lives in an eight gallon space tank, is looking a little chubby or bloated at his chest region. He also has what looks like a hole in his head. I wonder if I may have fed him too much or if these are symptoms of something I am not aware of. All advice is welcome and the water is sparkling clean. thanks!

can you get us a pic? HOTH is from poor diet or unkept water usually...and you say you are doing both very well...a pic would help alot ....feeding him a small piece of shelled frozen pea could help the constipation if thats what it is also fasting a day

Yeah I have to do some errands real quick but I will be sure to upload a picture relatively soon. He is still eating and acting like his normal self so I am optimistic. I just worry for my little friend. Thanks Shawnie! BTW what does HOTH stand for?

Hey I'm sorry it was so long to reply but it took longer than expected to get the new rug. And sorry Shanie, I realized what HOTH meant moments after I posted and feel quite a fool now. But I will not feed for a day as advised. I usually only give Otto a small portion compared to what the other tank receives. But today I gave him a little extra cause boy that fish can eat!!! Later I realized his chubbiness but maybe these photos can offer more clues:

he definitely looks bloated....i'd fast him tomorrow and see if that helps at all. they can definitely be pigs and just eat and eat and eat! if it doesnt start to go down after 24 hours, i'd give him a little piece of de-shelled pea or frozen daphnia and see if that helps.
