Is he ok?

I got a honey dwarf gourami 3 days ago and he is acting very strangely, he hides most of the time and now he's swimming on his side and turning around in the water very quickly. he's not eating yet. but he seems healthy, it probably isn't normal, could it be a disease?

Swimming on his side is definitely not a good sign. Have you checked your water parameters? If so, what are they? That will help other members on the forum determine what's going on.

He's not swimming strangely anymore but he's spitting out his food, at least he's noticed it.
