Red Honey Gouramis- Sick?

I have 2 Red Honey Gouramis. I've had them for about two months, and they seem to be pretty healthy. They swim around a lot and are eating well. But ever since I got them, on and off their long bottom fins and cheeks turn this murky sort of dark dark blue. Its pretty solid on the bottom but sort of 'speckly' around the mouth. It just comes and goes, and they don't always have it at the same time. I read somewhere that was a sign of wanting to mate,(?) but it was a pretty unreliable site. I have pictures, but I've got no idea how to upload them. Can anyone help me there? (The tank mates are four corydoras)
*Thanks in advance!

Yeah, my Gourami would get darker when he felt plucky.

Not sure, but they change colors a bit, sometimes depending on mood...

your gourami's look normal to me...and very nice looking fish....ive seen this darkness on them as they go through changes....as alessa said ....If they are eating and acting normal, dont worry about the colors...

Thanks everyone. Thats kind of what I figured. Btw does anyone think that this could relate to the gender of the fish? I cant tell if mine are male or female, and if I have one of each and they both want to mate that could be a problem for me.
Thanks!
