Hi,

I bought 2 male and 2 female dwarf gourami's a couple of day's ago and was gutted to find one of the female's dead against the filter yesterday afternoon. She had shown no signs of illness, but she was difficult to find most of the time.

The problem is I am now concerned about the 1 female that is left seeing as she is in with 2 males, will they harrass her and constantly try to mate with her, eventually causing so much stress that she'll die too?

Id be more worried about the 2 male gourami's...they can be very territorial just on their own...especially if 2 are competing for 1 female the likelyhood is they will fight alot.....maybe return one male and get two more females? if you have the space for them that is...goodluck

Thanks Shawnie, i'd have the space no problems, maybe get another 2 or 3 females instead do you think that would work?
